We understand the stresses of getting all your Christmas presents sorted in time for the big day, and that’s why we want to ease the pressure. Which is why we've extended the returns period over Black Friday and beyond, so you can buy with confidence.
For a limited time, our returns policy has been adapted. Instead of the usual 30-day return policy, we’ve extended it to give you more time.
Any orders placed between 1st November and 25th December 2025 can be returned until 30th January 2026.
