Our Archive products are exclusive, end-of-line items from previous Lovall collections. These pieces have been loved by thousands of women throughout our journey and are offered at a special price due to their archive status.
Because of this, Archive products are final sale and are not eligible for a return for a full refund.
What we can offer
While we do not offer refunds on Archive items, we are happy to provide either:
* An exchange for a different size (subject to availability), or
* A store credit for the same value
How to arrange this
If you wish to exchange an Archive product or receive a credit note, please contact us via our chatbot before returning your item. Our returns portal may not authorise Archive products, so the team will guide you through the correct process.

Archive products may be labelled under Love Leggings, our former brand name, and may differ slightly from current Lovall styles. These variations are expected and do not qualify the item for a refund. Quality remains consistent with our Lovall standards.
