How Do I purchase a gift Card?
Gift cards can only be purchased through our online store and can be found here: LOVALL Gift Card
Our e-Gift Cards are sent via email and are not physically shipped. After placing your order for a LOVALL E-Gift Card, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your unique code. This code can then be used at checkout by entering it into the “discount code” section.
How long is an e-gift card valid for?
All Gift Cards have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Do I have to use the full amount in one order?
No - The amount you spend will simply be deducted from your e-Gift Card credit. You can then use any remaining balance on a new order you place with us.
Can I use a gift card in a sale or a promotion?
Yes, a gift card can be used as a form of payment at any time.
Can I use a gift card and make a card payment on the same order?
Yes - You're able to split your payment part gift card, part credit/debit card on an order. The full available balance of the gift card will be deducted from your order total and then any remaining amount can be paid using your other chosen method of payment.
I placed an order using my gift card and now I want to make a return
Orders paid using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 5 working days.
E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
e-Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased.
If you return an order bought with an e-Gift Card and request a refund, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card and cannot be moved to another payment method.
If you're buying an e-Gift Card for someone in another country, ensure you purchase it from the relevant online store. For example, a UK-site e-Gift Card won't work on our French site.
Do not purchase e-Gift Cards along with other products on the website. Buy the Gift Card alone so the email code can be redeemed properly.
Unfortunately, we do not accept Pre-paid Visa/Mastercard Gift Cards.
