What if I'm not in for delivery?Updated a day ago
If you’re not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will usually:
- Leave your parcel in a safe location around your property (such as a porch, behind a gate, or near a shed)
- Leave it with a neighbour or reception who can accept the parcel on your behalf.
- Attempt delivery again
- Take your parcel to a local depot or collection point
You can check your tracking link for the latest update, including where your parcel has been left or how to rearrange delivery.
If you have select Evri as your shipping option you may be able to select a safe place or nominate a neighbour directly through their website, app or tracking page with your 16-digit tracking number.
Please note: if you choose a safe place or delivery preference with the courier, this is done at your own risk.
If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your parcel may be returned to us. If this happens, please refer to our “Returned to Sender” article or contact our Customer Care team.
