My order has been returned to the senderUpdated a day ago
If your tracking shows 'Returned to Sender’, this means that your parcel could not be delivered and is being returned back to our Lovall warehouse. This is likely to happen for one of the following reasons:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
- The courier was unable to deliver to the address after several attempts.
- No one available to receive the parcel.
- The parcel was refused by the recipient at delivery.
- The parcel was damaged in transit.
What happens next?
Once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse, we will contact you to see how you want to proceed. Please allow unto 5-10 working days for us to receive your parcel.
Please note that Lovall is not automatically notified of a Return to Sender. If your tracking shows "Package Returned to Sender," you will need to contact us directly so we can offer you a solution.
