How do I make a return?Updated a day ago
Please head to our Lovall Return Centre and follow the steps to return or exchange your order.
To get started, you’ll need:
- Your order number (e.g. LL123456)
- The email address, phone number, or postcode linked to your order
Simply select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and let us know why.
Before you return
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, Items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
We recommend checking our Returns Policy to ensure your items are eligible before registering your return.
Received a faulty or incorrect item?
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please do not return it through the Returns Centre.
Instead, contact our Customer Care team via the chat icon so we can review this for you and provide the correct next steps.

What Happens next?
Please allow up to 8-10 days for your parcel to reach us.
Once received, your return will be checked and processed within 10 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
Refunds: Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to clear with your bank. Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Exchanges: Your new item is reserved once your return is registered and your exchange will be sent on a standard delivery service.
