If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team via the chat icon as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you.
Please provide the following information:
- Order number (e.g. LL123456)
- Email address used at checkout
- Details of the incorrect item you have received
- Details of the item you did not receive
- Clear photograph of the incorrect item, including photos of the swing tag and inner size label
- Photographs of the barcode on the product bag
Please note: To allow our team to investigate your incorrect item, you must contact us no later than 7 days after your parcel is delivered.
