We will happily accept items for a refund or exchange that are returned within 30 days of delivery.
To receive a full refund or exchange on eligible returns, all items must be returned unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the same condition you received them, with all tags attached. Returns cannot be accepted if the original swing tag has been removed. Items must be free from marks, stains, pulls, or damage.
All items are inspected on return.
Due to hygiene reasons socks and underwear cannot be returned.

Before sending your return
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Care team or visit our “Received a faulty item” article before returning.
Please only return the items you have registered via the Returns Portal. If anything changes, let our Customer Care team know as soon as possible.

Items do not need to be returned in their original Lovall packaging, but they should be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Important Information:
Please retain tracked proof of postage when returning your order.
Lovall is not liable for returns lost in transit without proof of postage. Images of the tracking cannot be accepted as proof of return. A physical or digital receipt is required.
