Received a Faulty Item?

We are so sorry to hear that you received a faulty product and for any inconvenience caused. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products that are designed to last so we will get this resolved as soon as possible.

Important to know: There's no need to return the faulty item at this stage.

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty / damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team (via the chat icon) with the below information:

  • Your name

  • Order Number (e.g LL00000)

  • The name of the faulty item and a description of the issue

  • Description of how this has been washed and cared for

  • Photograph of the item in full

  • A clear photograph of the product fault

Please note: All claims for orders arriving damaged or with wrong/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

We have strict quality control procedures at every stage of our production process to minimise the risk of faulty items, so this is unusual and we're sorry this has happened.
