Received an incorrect Item?

All parcels are checked meticulously before being dispatched, so we apologise if this has happened and for any inconvenience caused.

Important to know: There's no need to return the incorrect item at this stage.

In the unlikely event you have received the incorrect item(s), please contact our customer care team (via the chat icon) who will be happy to help. To allow us to resolve this error quickly, please send us the below information:

  • Your Name

  • Order Number (e.g LL00000)

  • The name of the item(s) you didn't receive

  • Details of the incorrect item(s) you have received

  • A picture of the incorrect item that you have received, highlighting the inside label and product barcode

Please note: All claims for orders received incorrectly due to receiving the wrong item must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
