When will my order be dispatched?
Free Standard delivery on orders over £75. No code needed.
Shipping timeframes begin once your order leaves our warehouse, not from the moment your order is placed. Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
We always aim for same-day dispatch, however:
- Monday - Thursday: orders placed after 19:00 will be processed the next working day.
- Friday (after 19:00) & Saturday: Orders will be processed on Sunday
- Sunday: Orders after 15:00 will be processed on Monday.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse
Delivery timeframes not guaranteed and can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Restrictions
- For Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Highlands, standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail and takes 3–4 working days.
- Please note, the following postcodes may have delays on our next-day delivery service:
AB, BN, BT, CA, DD, DG, DH, DL, EH, EX, FK, G, GY, HR, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, LA, LD, LL, ML, NE, NR, PA, PH, PL, PO, SA, SY, TA, TD, TQ, TR, WV, YO, ZE - Next Day orders placed on a weekend before a bank holiday will be delivered the next working day.
Things you need to know:
- Delivery and Dispatch times may vary during busy periods (such as sales) and UK bank holidays.
- All Delivery fees are non-refundable (including if you pay via Klarna or Clearpay).
- If your parcel hasn't been delivered within the expected timeframe and you haven't been informed of any delays, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance within 7 days of delivery.
My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?
All UK tracking should update within 24-48 hours of dispatch however sometimes this may take slightly longer due to courier delays outside of our control.
If there has been no tracking activity or updates within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact our Customer Care team and we will be able to look into this further for you.
