How do I collect my parcel from InPost?Updated a day ago
When your parcel is ready for collection, InPost will send you an email and SMS with your collection code.
If you use the InPost app, you can track your parcel and access your code directly once it’s available at your selected locker.
Collecting your parcel
Head to your chosen locker and enter your collection code, or follow the instructions in the InPost app to open the locker.
Haven’t received your code?
If you haven’t received your collection code, please contact InPost via the live chat link in your tracking, and they’ll be able to provide this for you.
How long will my parcel be held?
Parcels are held at the locker for 3 days from the day they arrive. You’ll receive reminder notifications from InPost before your parcel is returned to us.
Need help at the locker?
If you’re having trouble accessing the locker, you can contact InPost directly using the number displayed on the locker. Their team can provide remote assistance and guide you through the process.
