Can I upgrade my shipping?Updated a day ago

Unfortunately, we’re unable to upgrade your shipping method once an order has been placed.

If you’ve just placed your order, you have 15 minutes to cancel it using our order editing feature. You can access this via our chat feature.

You can then place a new order with your preferred shipping method.

After this 15-minute window, our team will be preparing your order for dispatch, so changes or cancellations and not usually possible.

If you still need help, please contact our Customer Care team via the chat icon as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but we may not be able to make changes if your order has already been processed.
