Can I return an item that was gifted to me?Updated a day ago

If you’ve received a Lovall item as a gift, you can still return it, as long as you have the original order details.

What you’ll need

To register a return via our Returns Portal, you’ll need:

• The order number (e.g. LL123456)
• The email address, phone number, or postcode linked to the order

If you don’t have these details, we recommend reaching out to the person who placed the order.

Important to know

• All returns must meet our standard Returns Policy
• Returns must be registered within 30 days of delivery
• Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used
