You can request an exchange for a different size or length within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are free.
To get started, simply head to our Lovall Returns Portal and select the item you’d like to exchange.
Please read our Returns Policy before registering your exchange.
How exchanges work
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or length.
- Your exchange will be processed once your return has arrived at our warehouse.
- Your new item will then be sent via our standard delivery service.
Good to know
- Exchanges are free when using a drop-off or locker service
- A small fee (£0.99) applies if you choose a home collection
- Your selected item will be reserved once your return is registered within our warehouse.
Want something different?
If you’d prefer a different style or colour, we recommend selecting store credit or a refund, and placing a new order.
Need it quicker?
If you don’t want to wait for the exchange process, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order straight away.
Important
If your requested size is unavailable when your return is processed, we’ll automatically issue a refund and notify you by email.
There may be occasions where our Returns Team will contact you to organise an alternative style or a gift card to the value of the item.
