We currently do not offer exchanges for orders placed through our EU, France or Germany stores.

If you need a different size, length, colour or style, please return your original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

How do I return my item?

You can register your return through our Lovall Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery.

Need a different size or length?

As we can't reserve or exchange items for international orders, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred size or length rather than waiting for your return to be processed.

This helps reduce the chance of your preferred item selling out while your return is on its way back to us.
