Can I amend my delivery address?Updated a day ago

Once you have placed your order, you have 15 minutes to update your delivery address using our order editing feature. You can access this through our chat icon.

After this 15-minute window, our team will be preparing your order for dispatch, so address changes or cancellations and not usually possible. 

If you’ve spotted a mistake, please contact our Customer Care team via the chat icon as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but we may not be able to make any changes if your order has already been processed.

If you were unable to update your shipping address or if your order has already been dispatched, you may be able to request an address update directly with the courier using the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note: Lovall is not liable to reship or refund any orders placed to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

On some occasions, parcels sent to an incorrect address may be automatically returned. If your tracking shows "Returned to Sender" please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to investigate and arrange a resend where possible.
