Sign up for Early Access before 13.11.24, and you will be notified of your exclusive access to the sale at 6pm on 13.11.24 - that's a whole hour earlier than the general admission.
Christmas Extended Returns
We've extended our usual 30-day returns period to allow returns on unwanted purchases in the lead-up to Christmas.
If you place an order between 13.11.24 and 31.12.24 your purchase will be eligible for returns and exchanges up until 31.01.25.
Purchases made from the 1st of January 2025 onwards will have 30 days to return.

Will there be site downtime?
No, there will be no site downtime during Black Friday or prior. Our site will remain live. So, you can still shop the site and build your wish lists before the full sale goes live.
Can I still get Free Delivery when I spend over £75?
Yes. Our free delivery for purchases over £75 will remain during Black Friday.
Will there be further reductions on actual Black Friday?
