Why our prices may change

As an online retailer, our prices may occasionally change due to various factors such as demand, stock levels, and sales. This means that items can change in price after you've already made a purchase.

Why we can't adjust prices post-purchase

We appreciate that it can be frustrating to see a product you recently purchased go on sale or have its price reduced. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust prices or offer refunds or credits for the difference once an order has been placed. As a business, we try our best to promote any sales substantially so that our customers can take advantage of the discounts. We apologise if any promotions are missed before a purchase is made.

Additionally, we are unable to retrospectively apply a discount code or gift card to an order that has already been placed. We are constantly working to improve our products while keeping them at an accessible price point without compromising on quality. We appreciate your understanding.
