Clearpay Important Information:

  • When you make a purchase, you'll pay the first instalment at checkout. The remaining three payments are automatically deducted from your selected payment method every two weeks. Your basket must be over £10 to use Clearpay.

  • You can use a gift card or promo code at checkout, and the qualifying amount will be deducted from your order. You can also pay off your balance early by logging into your Clearpay account.

  • Clearpay doesn’t approve 100% of orders. They consider factors like sufficient funds on your card, your history with Clearpay, the amount to repay, order value, adding a credit card, and the number of open orders.

  • Clearpay doesn’t run credit searches that could impact your credit rating at the point of purchase. This includes the application, missed payments, or debt collection stages.

  • If you don’t have funds for your next payment, a late fee of £6 will be charged. An additional £6 fee will be charged if the missed payment isn't made within 7 days. Late fees won’t exceed 25% of the total order. Missed payments may negatively impact your credit score. For more info, contact Clearpay directly.

  • If you cancel or return your order, once Lovall has accepted it, Clearpay will cancel the statement or refund your payment.
