How do I contact the Lovall support team?

We're always here to help and to make sure you have the best experience possible. Our customer care team is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 (UK time) and we do our best to respond to your inquiry within 1-2 business days.

The quickest and easiest way to contact us to simply:

  • Open the chat widget icon located at the bottom right of this page

  • Fill in any fields the Lovall Bot asks for with as much detail as you can.

  • The bot will then find you the perfect level of support for your query, providing all the necessary information that you require. We will of course escalate your inquiry to a Customer Care Agent if needed.

Important to know: please only start one conversation at a time. Don't worry, our team will be in contact as quickly as we can. Contacting through multiple channels for the same query may delay response times for you and other customers.

How do I contact Lovall by email?

The quickest way to contact us is via our chat widget, however, if you'd prefer to email us, please send your email to [email protected] or click here where we'll typically aim to get back to you within 1-2 working days.

Be sure to include as much information as possible such as;

  • Order number (LL00000)

  • Email address

  • A description of your issue

  • Supporting images (if applicable)

This will allow us to answer any questions you have as quickly as possible.
