Waiting on your refund or exchange?
Waiting times for your refund or exchange may vary. It can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us. However, once we've received the return, we will ensure it is processed (for a refund or exchange) and inspected within 5 days of arriving back at our warehouse. So, you shouldn't be waiting too long!
Please be mindful that during our sales periods, these timeframes may differ.
Important to Know:
If you have requested a refund it can take up to a further 5 days for your refund to appear in your bank account once processed.
If you have returned for an exchange, this will be processed within 5 working days once it has been scanned into our warehouse. Please then allow a further 3-5 days for it to be delivered via our courier partners.
We only offer refunds on to the original payment method used to make the order, unless a store credit has been initiated.
For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Store credit will be issued via a gift card.
If we do not receive your return, you’ll need to provide your tracked proof of postage, so please keep hold of your receipt. We may refuse a refund without it.

In the unlikely event you have not received an email to confirm your return has been received and refunded/exchanged after 15 working days, please contact our Customer Care Team (via the chat icon) with the following information:
Your order number.
Your name and email address.
The return tracking number.
Proof of postage, such as a receipt.
We will then look to resolve your query as quickly and efficiently as possible.
