We offer FREE returns for customers if you select store credit or an exchange via a postal drop-off/locker*.
All UK orders are subject to a return fee if returning for a refund.
All orders returned via a postal drop-off store or locker service will have a £1.99 fee deducted from the final refund total.
All orders returned for a refund via a home collection will have a £2.99 fee deducted from the final return total.
All orders returned for an exchange via a home collection will have a £0.99 fee to pay.
Why do you now charge for returns?
With costs now increasing dramatically across all operations and logistics, we unfortunately had to make the difficult decision of charging for returns. Please note, that this fee includes the costs of the return courier, the process of handling your return, and the likely possibility that your return (if opened) will need to be cleaned and repackaged.
Are exchanges free?
If you're looking to exchange your order, great news! You won’t be charged any return fees for exchanges, via a postal drop-off or locker service. We understand that finding your perfect fit might take a few tries.
If you haven't found your perfect size or have simply changed your mind, don't worry! You can easily use our online Returns Portal (Here) to initiate a return.
