Want to exchange an item?

If you're looking to exchange your order, great news! You won’t be charged any return fees for exchanges*. We understand that finding your perfect fit might take a few tries.

Important to know:

  • If you opt for an exchange, we're unable to ship out your chosen item until the item you're returning is scanned in at our warehouse. However, don't worry we will pre-reserve any item(s) chosen for an exchange, ensuring these are held for you.

  • *We offer a convenient home collection service for our customers. This service allows you to have your exchange request picked up directly from your home. For this service, you will need a printer to print off your returns label and there is a charge of £0.99.

In-line exchange: Exchange for the same item in an alternative size, length or colour at no additional cost. Subject to price amendments.


Exchange for something different: Exchange your unwanted item(s) for anything across our website, excluding pre-order items. Any additional cost will be paid by the customer upon submitting the return. If the item you choose costs less than your original order, then you can decide to receive the remaining amount via a refund or store credit, subject to policies.


Important to know:

  • If you opt for an exchange, we're unable to ship out your chosen item until the item you're returning is scanned in at our warehouse. However, we will pre-reserve your new item.

  • If for any reason we're unable to process an exchange, you'll receive an email confirming a refund to your original form of payment. A refund can take up to 5 working days to be processed and returned to your account.

  • Exchanges will be automatically processed as a new order and shipped out to you on standard delivery. You can pay to upgrade to a next-day service by contacting our customer care team before your order has been shipped.

  • All exchanges will be shipped to the address provided on the original order. Please let a member of our team know should you wish to update this - before your exchange order has been shipped.

  • Your exchange will be processed within 2-3 working days once it has been scanned into our warehouse. Please then allow a further 3-5 days for it to be delivered via our courier partners.

  • We recommend checking our Returns / Exchange Policy here to ensure you qualify for an exchange before registering your items.
