How do I change or edit my order / address

We start processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure they reach you as fast as possible. Because of this, we’re unable to guarantee any changes once an order has been placed.

What can’t be changed once an order is placed

Due to how quickly orders move through our warehouse, we’re unable to amend:

  • *cancelling your order

  • adding or removing items

  • changing a product, size, colour or length

  • updating the delivery address

  • changing the shipping method or courier

  • payment details

  • applying discount codes or editing prices

*If you no longer wish to keep the order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.


How to contact us

If you have spotted a mistake, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible and we’ll always do our best to help. Please be aware that in most cases, your order will already be processed, so changes are very unlikely.

If you need us to check whether anything is still possible, please reach out via our chat and include:

  • order number

  • email address used to place the order

  • current (incorrect) delivery address

  • new (correct) delivery address

  • the incorrect item you have ordered (inc size / length / colour)

  • the new item you want (inc size / length colour)

This helps us quickly review your request, but contacting us does not guarantee changes can be made.

If we’re unable to make changes, you can return or exchange your items once they arrive. You’ll find everything you need in our returns portal.

Important to know: Our team will request this change and will let you know if they've been able to update this for you. Should there be any price differences, you will have to pay the difference or we will refund you accordingly if necessary.


If we cannot update the shipping address

Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you may be able to request changes directly with the courier using your tracking link. Please note, this isn’t guaranteed and depends on the courier.

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we can’t be held responsible if the parcel is delivered to that address or goes missing, and we’re unable to refund or replace the order.



Why would you not be able to change my order?

Although we'll always do our best to change your order, please understand that we cannot guarantee it, as it may not always be possible. Whether we can amend your details will depend on the stage your parcel has reached in our warehouse processing system.

Our warehouse team work hard to get all orders dispatched quickly - so sometimes your order will have already been processed by the time we reach your request.

If we're not able to action your request, you're more than welcome to return your items via our Returns Portal HERE for a refund or an exchange.
