Fancy something different? Or have you made a mistake with your delivery address? Not to worry! Once an order has been placed you now have a 60-minute window to:

  • Update delivery address
    You can change any part of your address or enter a new address entirely.

  • Upgrade shipping method
    If you need your order ASAP, you can upgrade and pay for a quicker shipping method, if one is available.

  • Update your product variation (Length / Size / Colour)
    You can easily change the length, size or colour of your product(s). This will of course be dependent on stock availability.


  • Add Products
    We make adding and paying for new products on your order easy. You'll be taken to checkout to pay the difference.

  • Remove Products
    You can easily remove items from your order. If you remove any items, you'll receive a refund.


  • Cancel your order
    If you no longer need your order, you can also choose to cancel it and we'll issue a full refund.

Please note: if any payment is required (e.g. shipping upgrade, adding products) you'll be taken to our checkout where you can use all our available payment methods. This must be paid within the 60-minute window for these changes to be actioned.




How to amend my order

You can update or amend your order via two simple methods:

- Order confirmation page (left image), once you have placed your order.

- Your order confirmation email (right image), using the two buttons highlighted below.



Important to know:

  • If you do not see the above options then you have either missed your opportunity to amend your order or this feature is not possible.

  • For any Next-Day customers, any orders that are placed between 18:00-19:00 (Monday-Friday) or 15:00-16:00 (Sunday) will be unable to change your order.

  • If you have received your shipping confirmation email we will not be able to update or amend your order.


Missed the 60-minute editing window?


Whilst we cannot make any guarantees, please contact our customer care team (via the chat icon) as soon as possible, if you are hoping to still amend your order. We will do our best to amend or cancel your order before it has been processed.

Please note, that if you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, we cannot make any order amendments.

When you reach out we will need your:

  • Order number (LL00000)

  • Full Name

  • Email address

  • What changes you'd like to make (add / update / cancel items)

  • Your existing delivery address and your new delivery address (if updating)

Important to know: Our team will request this change and will let you know if they've been able to update this for you. Should there be any price differences, you will have to pay the difference or we will refund you accordingly if necessary.



Why would you not be able to change my order?

Although we'll always do our best to change your order, please understand that we cannot guarantee it, as it may not always be possible. Whether we can amend your details will depend on the stage your parcel has reached in our warehouse processing system.

Our warehouse team work hard to get all orders dispatched quickly - so sometimes your order will have already been processed by the time we reach your request.

If we're not able to action your request, you're more than welcome to return your items via our Returns Portal HERE for a refund or an exchange.
