Order not Received / Lost Order

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order. We know this can be very frustrating but we will help to get this resolved for you.

In the unlikely event you have not received your order, please follow these useful steps:

1. Check your dispatched confirmation Email:

After your order has been shipped, you should have received a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking number. If you can't find this email, check your spam or junk folder.


2. Track Your Order:

Use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email to check the status of your order. Visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number to see the latest updates on your shipment.


3. Confirm the Shipping Address:

Ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Sometimes orders are delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


4. Look for Delivery Attempt Notices:

If you were not home at the time of delivery, the courier might have left a notice. Check for any delivery attempt notices that may indicate your order is waiting at a local depot or has been rescheduled for delivery.


5. Contact the Courier:

If the tracking information is unclear or hasn’t been updated past the shipping timeframe, reach out to the courier directly. They can provide more detailed information on the status of your package.


6. Allow for Possible Delays:

Keep in mind that external factors like peak periods (Black Friday / Christmas / product launches), and postal issues. These factors can impact delivery times.

For standard delivery times please allow up to 2-4 working days to receive your parcel.

  • Your Name & Order number (LL0000)

  • Tracking Information

  • Full Delivery address (including house number/name and postcode)

  • Your correspondence with the Courier
