I have not received my parcel

We are so sorry to hear you have not received your order and your tracking information indicates that it has been delivered. Don’t worry, we are here to help! Please follow these steps:

1. Check all safe spaces and secure locations around your address. It's possible your courier might have left it somewhere safe.

2. The tracking information often also includes a photograph or GPS location which may be helpful in locating your parcel.

3. Check with your neighbours or anyone who might have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

4. If you still can't find it, contact your local courier for more details on the delivery location.

5. If all of the above has been checked and you have no luck, please contact our customer care team for assistance (via the chat icon). We will need your full name, email address and order number.

Important to know: You must contact us within 7 days of the parcel showing as 'delivered' on your tracking link. This allows us to investigate thoroughly. Lovall is not responsible for lost or stolen goods after this 7-day period.
