If your discount code isn’t applying, here are a few things to check:

Are you logged in?
Some codes are linked to your email address, so make sure you’re using the correct account.

Is the code still valid?
Check the expiry date or where the code came from.

Are there sale items in your basket?
Most codes only apply to full-priced items.

Have you entered the code correctly?
Codes are case-sensitive, so double-check spelling and spacing.

0 (zero) or O (letter)?
It’s an easy one to miss — make sure the characters are correct.

Good to know

• Only one discount code can be used per order
• Codes can’t be combined with other offers
• Codes must be entered at checkout and can’t be applied after purchase
