As a general guide, we recommend choosing your usual pre-pregnancy size in our maternity range, as our fabrics are designed to stretch and support throughout your pregnancy journey.
Should I size up?
This will depend on your personal preference and stage of pregnancy. We first recommend checking our size guide and length guide to help find your ideal fit.

As a guideline, for early-to-mid stages of pregnancy, we recommend that you select your pre-pregnancy size. For the later stages of your pregnancy, some customer prefer sizing up for additional comfort.

Everyone’s pregnancy journey is different, but many customers begin wearing maternity styles during the second trimester as their bump grows and additional support becomes more important.
