How Do I Track My Order?Updated 5 days ago
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order details and your tracking information. You will be able to check the status of your order as it makes its way to you.
Tracking usually updates within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Occasionally this can take a little longer if the courier experiences delays outside of our control.
In the unusual circumstance that you do not receive a shipping confirmation email or a tracking number, please contact our Customer Care team.
If you realise you’ve entered the wrong or incomplete delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help before your parcel is delivered.
Have a Lovall account?
If you’ve got a Lovall account, tracking is simple:
1. Login into your account
2. Go to Account > My orders
3. Find the order you want to track
4. Click “track order” to see your tracking updates via the courier.
You can also use the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email at any time.
