If you’ve sent your return but haven’t had your refund or exchange yet, don’t worry — there are a couple of steps before it’s completed.
1. Check your tracking
If your courier provided a tracking number, we recommend heading to their tracking page and checking for updates such as: “Returned” / “Delivered” / “Returned to warehouse” / or something similar.
If your tracking shows any of these updates, then your return has arrived at our warehouse and is being processed.
2. Allow time for processing
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it can take up to 7–10 days for our team to check and process it.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund or exchange has been completed.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Still not heard from us?
If your tracking shows as delivered and It’s been longer than 10 days, please contact our Customer Care team with your proof of postage, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Return appears to be lost?
If your return hasn’t reached us and tracking hasn’t updated after 3 working days please contact our team with your proof of postage and order number.
A physical or digital receipt is required (images of tracking alone aren’t accepted)
