Can I cancel or edit my order?Updated 2 days ago

Once you have placed your order, you have 15 minutes to cancel or to update your delivery address. This can be done through the chat icon.

Please note, we cannot amend items (inc colour, size or length), payment details or delivery methods. If you need to make a change, you can cancel your order within the 15-minute timeframe and then place a new order.

After this 15 minute window, our team will be preparing your order for dispatch, so changes or cancellations are not usually possible. 

If you still need help, please contact our Customer Care team via the chat icon as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to help, but please appreciate that order amendments are not guaranteed if your order is already processed by the time we receive your request.

If we’re unable to cancel or amend your order you can return or exchange your items once they arrive using our Returns Portal.

If you need the correct items quickly, we recommend placing a new order.
