When will I get my refund or exchange?Updated a day ago


Once you’ve returned your item(s), there are a few steps before your refund or exchange reaches you.


Return transit

It can take up to 7-10 working days for your return to arrive at our warehouse, depending on your chosen courier.
Please note that during busy periods, return times may be slightly longer.


Processing your return

Once your return has been delivered, our team will check and process it within 7-10 days.

As soon as this is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Returned for a refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. 

If your card is lost or cancelled, your bank will be able to transfer your refund to your new account.

It can take up to 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account once processed. 


Returned for an exchange? 

Once your return has been processed, we’ll arrange your exchange (subject to stock availability). 

Your exchanged item will be sent via our standard 3-4 day, delivery service.

Important Information 

From sending your return to receiving your refund or exchange, this can take up to 3 weeks, depending on transit and processing times.

If it’s been longer than expected, please contact our Customer Care team with your proof of postage and we’ll be happy to look into this for you. 

Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Lovall is not liable for returns lost in transit without valid proof of postage.
