My order is marked as delivered, but I have not received itUpdated a day ago
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can’t locate it, please try the following first:
- Check around your property and any safe places where the courier may have left your parcel.
- Ask neighbours, household members, or reception/building management in case it was accepted on your behalf.
- Check your tracking link for any delivery notes or a photo from the courier showing where the parcel was left.
- Contact the courier directly for further details on the delivery location.
If you’re still unable to locate your parcel after completing these checks, please contact our Customer Care team via the chat icon and we’ll be happy to investigate this for you.
To allow us to investigate with the courier, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. Lovall is not responsible for lost or stolen goods outside of this 7-day period.
