If you’ve accidentally returned a non-Lovall item, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
While we’ll always do our best to help, we’re unable to guarantee that incorrectly returned items can be located or sent back.
What we need from you
To help us investigate, please provide:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your order number (e.g. LL123456)
- The date your return was sent
- A description of the item (photos are helpful if you have them)
- Your proof of postage
What happens next
Our team will check with the warehouse and let you know if your item can be located.
If we’re able to retrieve it and you’d like it returned, a delivery charge may apply.
Important
Any non-Lovall items sent to us by mistake remain the responsibility of the sender.
While we’ll always try to help, we cannot guarantee that these items will be found or returned.
