I'm missing an item from my orderUpdated a day ago
Before reporting a missing item
We recommend checking the following:
- Your shipping confirmation email to confirm which items were included
- Your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for any updates from us
Your item may have already been refunded
In some cases, an item may have been out of stock at the time of dispatch. If this happens, you’ll receive an email titled “An update on your order” to let you know. Store Credit will be issued for the missing item.
Still missing an item?
If you’ve completed the checks above and believe an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team via the chat icon as soon as possible so we can investigate this for you.
To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:
- Order number (e.g. LL123456)
- Email address used at checkout
- Delivery address
- The item(s) you did not receive
- A clear photograph of the packaging that the order arrived in
