How do I care for my Lovall products?Updated a day ago

Looking after your Lovall pieces correctly will help preserve their fit, softness and quality wear after wear.

As fabrics and styles can vary, we always recommend checking the care label inside your garment before washing.

Our recommended care guide

• Wash items inside out
• Wash at 30°C or below on a gentle cycle
• Wash with similar colours only
• Avoid fabric conditioner where possible
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron on reverse, on a low heat (if suggested). 
• Air dry naturally to help preserve shape and stretch

Knitwear & delicate fabrics 
Knitwear is crafted from the highest quality yarns but are delicate garments which are prone to snagging and pilling. Knitted garments need to wash less and we recommend spot cleaning with mild detergent where necessary. 

For knitwear and softer fabrics, we recommend extra care to help maintain their softness and structure.

• Use a delicate or wool cycle where possible
• Avoid washing with heavier items such as denim or towels
• Lay flat to dry naturally
• Avoid excessive washing where possible

Good to know

High heat, tumble drying and harsh washing cycles can affect the fit, elasticity and finish of your garments over time. Some fabrics and darker colours may naturally soften or fade slightly with repeated wear and washing. Taking extra care when washing will help your Lovall pieces stay looking and feeling their best for longer.
