How it works

• Gift cards are delivered by email (no physical 
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with your gift card 
• You can forward the email to the recipient or print it

Using a gift card

• Enter your gift card code at checkout
• You can use it on full-priced and sale items
• You don’t need to spend it all at once — any remaining balance can be used later
• You can pay using a combination of gift card + another payment method

Good to know

• Gift cards are non-refundable
• If you return an order paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the same gift card
• Gift cards can’t be purchased using discount codes
• Gift cards are valid for the store they were purchased from (e.g. UK store only)
