Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?Updated a day ago
Unfortunately, we're currently unable to process combined returns. We kindly ask that you send your items from different orders in separate parcels.
Each return is linked to a specific order, so sending them separately helps our warehouse process your return quickly and accurately.
What you need to do
- Register a return for each order via the Returns Portal
- Package each orders separately, using the correct returns label provided
- Retain the tracking information so you can stay updated on their progress.
Already sent them together?
If you’ve already returned multiple orders in one parcel, please contact our Customer Care team with your proof of postage and we’ll look into this for you.
Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return query.
