Returns are free when you choose store credit or exchange your item using a drop-off or locker service, subject to our exchange allowance.

Items returned for a refund are subject to a small fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

Exchanges

Your first two exchanges are free when using a drop-off or locker service.

• First and second exchange: Free (Drop-off / Locker) 
• Third exchange onwards: £2.50 per exchange 

Return fees for refunds: 

• Drop-off / Locker: £2.50

Important

There are no return fees if you choose store credit.

Your first two exchanges are free when using a drop-off or locker service. From your third exchange onwards, a £2.50 exchange fee applies.

Return fees only apply when returning items for a refund, and are deducted once your return has been processed.
